Account Deletion Request
If you want your NarrateX account and associated personal data deleted, follow the steps below.
How to Request Deletion
- Open NarrateX app → Profile → Email Admin for Deletion.
- Email admin from your registered account email address.
- Use subject: "Account Deletion Request".
- Include your NarrateX username and any linked Google email.
Send account deletion request to admin: support@narratex.app
What Gets Deleted
We delete your account profile and personal identifiers tied to that account. User-uploaded documents and generated audio may also be removed according to operational and legal retention requirements.
Processing Time
Requests are typically processed within 30 days after identity verification.
